Pilates reformer class for beginners. Learn the fundamentals and receive a full body workout on the reformer. As you progress, the challenge will increase so you'll always feel like you're improving. Within 5 sessions, you'll be ready to advance to the next level.
A challenging full body workout utilizing the tower apparatus. Move with fluidity and control against spring tension to strengthen and tone.
Pilates mat class
A full body workout focusing on the classic pilates principles of breath, alignment, control and precision. Exercises are sequenced to achieve a profound connection to the core with multi dimensional movements that strengthen and lengthen the entire body. All exercises can be modified to ensure all participants get stronger safely and effectively. Walk out feeling taller, energized and ready to tackle your day! Pilates is for Every Body!
A personalized pilates session programmed specifically for you and your body.
Working out with a partner or friend? Book the studio for two. The session will be programmed for both participants to ensure they both receive a safe, challenging workout.
